“Human Age Special Edition” will be broadcast on NHK/BS

IDEAFUND Co., Ltd. (Headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo) is pleased to announce that a special episode of “Human Age” featuring their Founder and CEO Naoko Okawachi, will be broadcast on NHK BS in the early hours of June 2nd, 2024. 

“The Human Age: The Era of Humanity” is a grand series that seeks to answer the question, “What, essentially, is a human?” by bringing together wisdom from various academic fields. Featuring passionate discussions between actor Mr. Ryohei Suzuki and experts from diverse disciplines, the series explores the essence of humanity.

The upcoming broadcast of the special edition combines the first and second episodes of the NHK Special “The Human Age: The Era of Humanity,” which were previously aired on NHK General TV last year.

Naoko Okawachi appeared as a guest in the first episode, “The Anthropocene: Desires that Swallow the Earth,” where she shared her insights from the perspective of cultural anthropology.
