IDEAFUND has held an ‘Business Ethnography Lecture to understand consumer insights‘

Naoko Okawachi, CEO of IDEAFUND Co., Ltd. (Tokyo), a behavior observation company that applies cultural anthropology techniques, has held the lecture on March 23 at Biz/Zine Academy, a training program for developing innovators corresponding to the innovation process.

Ethnography is gaining attention as a way to gain deep insights in today’s world where “emotional value” to consumers is becoming more and more important.

This course has been well received and the second one will be held on October 7, 2022 (Fri).
