“Human Age Special Edition” will be broadcast on NHK/BS Premium 4K

IDEAFUND Co., Ltd. (Headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo), represented by its Founder & CEO Naoko Okawachi, is pleased to announce the broadcast of the special edition of “The Human Age: The Era of Humanity.” This special edition will air on March 9, 2024, from 9:00 PM on NHK BS Premium 4K’s “4K Selection.”

“The Human Age: The Era of Humanity” is a grand series that seeks to answer the question, “What, essentially, is a human?” by bringing together wisdom from various academic fields. Featuring passionate discussions between actor Ryohei Suzuki and experts from diverse disciplines, the series explores the essence of humanity.

The upcoming broadcast of the complete edition combines the first and second episodes of the NHK Special “The Human Age: The Era of Humanity,” which were previously aired on NHK General TV last year.

Naoko Okawachi appeared as a guest in the first episode, “The Anthropocene: Desires that Swallow the Earth,” where she shared her insights from the perspective of cultural anthropology.
